Director Elections

Ongoing:	Source potential director and nominating committee candidates for current year’s Nominating Committee consideration.
May-June:	Nominating Committee meets to develop prioritized list of potential director candidates.
June-August:	Potential director candidates are contacted to determine willingness to interview.
September:	Nominating Committee interviews and selects two director candidates from each region with an election to be placed on the ballot.
November:	Nominating Committee selects candidates to be placed on the ballot to be voted on to serve on the coming year’s Nominating Committee.
March-April:	Annual Stockholders’ meeting takes place, ballots are mailed/voting period opens and elections are certified.
