Northwest Farm Credit Services is directed and controlled by a 14-member Board of Directors. Eleven directors are customers elected by customers. Three directors are appointed by the board. Two outside directors provide independence and special expertise. The third board-appointed position is a customer director.
The association is managed by a nine-member leadership team. Each Northwest FCS local branch office has three to six Local Advisors who are appointed by customers to provide advice and feedback to the association's board and management.
