Northwest Farm Credit Services Named 2017 Best Places to Work Winner
Northwest FCS also received the award in 2016
SPOKANE, Wash. (Sept. 28, 2017) – Northwest Farm Credit Services was named the top of the 2017 Best Places to Work Inland Northwest for large-sized companies (300-999 employees). It’s the second consecutive year the company has received the award.
"This is a great honor, it really is," said company President and CEO Phil DiPofi. "We work for a great group of owners who value our employees and built a culture that we can all embrace."
The Best Places to Work Inland Northwest was created by the Spokane Journal of Business and Best Companies Group. This survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in the Inland Northwest, benefiting the region’s economy, workforce and businesses.
To be considered for the Inland Northwest award, companies from across the region entered a two-part process. The first part evaluated each entrant company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics; the second part was a confidential employee survey to measure the employment experience. Best Companies Group objectively evaluated both parts to determine the top companies and final rankings.
