A Company With Character

We come from a wide range of backgrounds and possess a variety of skills, but share a passion for helping rural residents and communities thrive. Meet some of our employees.

  • Francisco
Francisco, Credit Officer – Twin Falls, Idaho
As a credit officer, I enjoy working with customers and understanding the financial aspects of their operation. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, and enjoy traveling.
  • Sonja Miles
    Sonja, VP-Lending & Insurance – Spokane, Washington
As a Vice President of Lending & Insurance, I have an opportunity to work with many groups across the organization that directly benefit our customers. I have the opportunity to work with our new credit officer trainees as they prepare to become future leaders of this organization and serve our customers and rural communities.

As a strong, stable company poised for growth, we provide a menu of health and wellness, financial and educational opportunities that allow employees to build their own benefits package. We offer medical, dental, vision, life, and short and long-term disability insurance, 401k plan, paid holidays, volunteer time, vacation and sick leave, educational assistance/tuition reimbursement, and more.

New employees are eligible to enroll in benefits on their start date, with insurance coverage beginning on the first or sixteenth day of the month following enrollment. Regular part-time employees are eligible for benefits if they work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
