Sonja, VP-Lending & Insurance – Spokane, WashingtonAs a Vice President of Lending & Insurance, I have an opportunity to work with many groups across the organization that directly benefit our customers. I have the opportunity to work with our new credit officer trainees as they prepare to become future leaders of this organization and serve our customers and rural communities.

New employees are eligible to enroll in benefits on their start date, with insurance coverage beginning on the first or sixteenth day of the month following enrollment. Regular part-time employees are eligible for benefits if they work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
