Customer Service Representatives greet customers and respond to account inquiries. They also assist in the preparation and processing of loan transactions. Appraisers help determine the market value of properties and collateral. They are regional experts who follow sound valuation and appraisal principles. Appraisers are skilled in fact-based reporting to help our customers and lending teams make sound credit decisions. Crop Insurance Agents help customers and prospects understand how crop insurance tools can be used to safeguard their businesses. They guide their colleagues through the insurance application and renewal process to ensure timely, accurate coverage best suited to a customer’s unique needs. Agents value long-lasting customer relationships and are active in their local communities. People who are successful in this role have strong interpersonal, marketing and analytical skills.
Operations and HQ Teams are based at our Spokane headquarters location. Our operations teams include loan accounting, loan operations and insurance servicing. In addition, we have a wide variety of HQ teams with roles in technology and project management, learning and development, legal, marketing and human resources.
