Spokane, Washington - January 28, 2015 – Northwest Farm Credit Services has named Bill Perry as its Montana State President, leading the Montana Lending and Insurance team. Perry also serves as a member of the organization’s Management Executive Committee and leads the company’s Montana State University relationship team. Northwest FCS recently adopted a new frontline structure to bring three divisions together to form one team called Lending and Insurance. Northwest FCS’ goal is to improve knowledge sharing, efficiency and teamwork. Leadership at the state and branch levels has been enhanced to increase Northwest FCS’ local marketplace presence and better coordinate the company’s resources to serve its customers. Perry is one of four state presidents named in the Northwest.

Perry was raised on his family’s cattle ranch in central Montana, near Judith Gap. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business from Montana State University and a Master of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from Kansas State University. Perry started his career as a relationship manager, working in Northwest FCS’ Bozeman, Havre and Billings branch offices. He later moved to Spokane to serve as a member of the Credit Approval team.

Perry has served as chair of the board of directors of the MSU Alumni Association and is currently treasurer for the board of directors of the Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity at MSU. He and his wife, Devney, enjoy spending time with their son and cheering for the Bobcats.
